What's new, pussycat? oh oo whoa.

Big news: last night marked the last session of tracking for our EP! Hooray! Seriously. I'm not setting foot in there again, I promise. BUT. While you're waiting for the EP to drop, here are some exciting new SW developments of note to keep your fancy tickled:

1) Fluke Take: EDIT: We have just released our first Fluke Take!! Here's the video. We are pretty excited and terrified at seeing our awkward selves on video, but you won't have to share our self-consciousness. You can just enjoy the video and the music.

2) World in You STREAMING: We will most certainly be releasing our next single, The World in You, for streaming BEFORE CHRISTMAS (within the next two weeks). The song has acquired a caribbean, Afro-beat feel to it over the past couple weeks (Nicholas and I added some phat beats) and we are super stoked to share it with you. It's going to balance the more somber tracks on the EP in a nice way.

3) Show on January 15: Our friends from Brooklyn, Adeline Hotel, have just released their new EP, Leave the Lights, on Bandcamp and we are happy to say that we will be sharing the stage with them on January 15, 8pm at Uncommon Ground Clark. Come see some East-Coast-meets-Midwest folk insanity.

Other than that, we're just trying to pull together some show dates for winter and get a release date worked out logistically. We are thinking late February/March, but have not confirmed yet. We've been flirting with the idea of doing a vinyl EP with a download code. If it weren't so expensive, I'd do it for both EPs, but mastering and packaging for vinyl is priced with the knowledge that every one is wanting to do that nowadays. So yeah.

Hey thanks for listening guys. We'll be in touch. Ta ta!
